Cardiovascular is the meaning of ours hearts , but cardiovascular does not mean just that ? People often do not work out physically we people have to work out are hearts to be healthy as it say. Your heart is the object in your body that keeps you alive. Some people think that to keep your heart healthy is just to eat healthy. That works but not a lot as we think so. To keep are heart in shape to not get a disease is to work out our heart at least twenty minutes each and everyday as in running, swimming, warm-up to exercise,etc. Its important to work out our heart because it gives your body oxygen as to you lungs which lungs have to be part of the meaning of cardiovascular. If we work out your heart gets healthy but we make tissue that helps us to be alive.
Some of the work out to keep our heart healthy and strong is to run, swim, dance, etc. What I choose to talk about helps your heart to be fit. Running is the best one to work as for cardiovascular. Some people run this helps to create tissue helps us to keep us pumped up to keep us in it not just the heart but also are whole body. Some people do not find the way to work out their heart in running so they swim. How I keep my heart healthy is by swimming. Swimming is a good exercise because it keeps you physical it works out your whole body you us your whole body in this sport. Some other people us dancing as for children. Some parents people their kids in dancing because it simple and it helps their heart to be fit.
For me during vacation I am maybe entering club for swimming to get better for swimming to keep on Maywood Swimming. Also I am going to start on going to run around our school or somewhere and also work out more o get fit.
